How to Prospect Smarter, Not Harder
Maximizing Results with Streamlined B2B Prospecting

Finding the right companies to reach out to can feel like finding a needle in a haystack. But with the right tools and strategy, you can work smarter and achieve better results in no time.
Here’s how I streamlined a prospecting campaign for a client targeting oil and gas companies with enhanced oil recovery services:
Narrowing Down a Broad List
We started with a list of 500+ companies from Apollo.
Using AI, we analyzed company websites to determine if they were involved in physically extracting oil from wells.
Result? We filtered the list down to 97 relevant companies!
Refining the Criteria
Offshore companies weren’t a fit for our client.
We used another prompt to identify whether companies were offshore, onshore, or both.
This refined the list further to just 60 perfect-fit companies.
Prioritizing Decision Makers
Each contact was ranked as A, B, or C based on their likelihood of being the decision-maker.
This ensured we reached out to the right people at the right companies.

Now, with a list of 60 qualified companies and prioritized contacts, we’re ready to plug them into our cold email system. (Stay tuned for my next video where I explain this part!)
